These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by A1Cleanest LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand name A1 Cleanest. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

A1 Cleanest provides professional residential cleaning services in Newport County and surrounding areas of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to recurring and one-time cleaning services.

4. Liability

A1Cleanest LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of damage caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the limits of our insurance policy.

5. SMS / Text Messages

5.1 SMS Program Description

A1Cleanest LLC operates an SMS messaging program under the brand name A1 Cleanest. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you may receive: (a) marketing messages including promotional offers, service reminders, and company updates; and (b) non-marketing messages including appointment confirmations, service updates, scheduling reminders, and customer care communications.

5.2 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START to the same number.

5.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month. Non-marketing messages vary in frequency based on your service schedule and interactions with A1 Cleanest. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

5.5 SMS Opt-In Data Protection

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely for the purpose of delivering the SMS program described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only with SMS delivery providers and technology partners strictly for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, and only under confidentiality agreements.

5.6 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of your wireless carrier. A1Cleanest LLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues, network congestion, or factors outside our control.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
