A1 Cleanest provides professional residential cleaning services in Newport County and surrounding areas of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to recurring and one-time cleaning services.
A1Cleanest LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of damage caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the limits of our insurance policy.
A1Cleanest LLC operates an SMS messaging program under the brand name A1 Cleanest. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt in to transactional messages only, marketing messages only, or both — independently.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START to the same number. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional service messages, and vice versa.

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month. Transactional messages vary in frequency based on your service schedule. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to deliver the SMS program described above. This data may be shared only with SMS delivery providers and technology partners (such as GoHighLevel) under strict confidentiality agreements, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
We retain your SMS opt-in consent records for as long as you remain an active subscriber or client, and for up to 4 years thereafter as required by applicable law and carrier compliance requirements. Upon request, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations. To request deletion, email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of your wireless carrier. A1Cleanest LLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues, network congestion, or factors outside our control.
